At Fast Electric RC, LLC our Terms and Conditions are based on the premise of offering high quality products we know you will be satisfied with. Below for your convenience is information on the various ways you can order from us as well as some other important information.

• Privacy

At Fast Electric RC, LLC, we promise to keep all information given to us through this site completely confidential. We will not redistribute information to outside parties for any purpose other than to process your order to your complete satisfaction.

• Security

Our cutting edge Secure Online Shopping Application allows you to process your order once you make your selections within a TOTALLY Secure Environment. We offer full HTTPS/SSL support (just look for the "https" when it comes time to enter your payment information during our order process) for your security!

Your right to privacy and security is of utmost importance to us. Rest assured our shopping application is safe and secure protecting both your personal information and all credit card transactions. For additional information see our shopping guarantee page.

• Payments

We accept:

We do accept all other forms of payment through PayPal to make your purchases if you so choose. And, if you do not currrently have a PayPal account, you don't need to have one to use PayPal to purchase from us!

All PayPal payments must be made through VERIFIED accounts and ship to CONFIRMED addresses for your order to be accepted.

We do not accept personal or company checks. Only Money Orders and Cashiers Checks will be accepted.

• Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Fast Electric RC, LLC purchase, we offer our money back guarantee on any order returned within 10 days in new condition (no wear and tear). Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Simply request a RMA number from us noting why you want to return your item(s). We will immediately issue a refund (less postage and restocking fee) or offer you a replacement upon receipt of your request and the original product for verification of its condition. The issued RMA number must be on the outside box of your return. Returns without an Return Material Authorization will be declined.

• Shipping & Handling Fees

All orders placed to ship within the United States will ship USPS Priority or UPS -- our choice contingent upon what we feel is best based on the items ordered.

• Shipping for orders that include hulls will be quoted at cost plus our modest handling fee based on packaging requirements and destination.
• Most orders ship within 48 hours of their receipt (M-F). If items are backordered we will note our anticipated ship date in your order history account.

• International Orders, Shipping & Handling Fees

We are pleased to quote orders from outside the U.S.A.  Your Shipping & Handling fees will be calculated based on the  weight of your order and your location and USPS Global Priority shipping costs plus a $2.50 handling fee. Simply e-mail us in regard to your products of interest and your location and we'll get back to you pronto!

• Phone & Fax Orders

Our eStore system walks you through creating a printable order you can then fax to us or call in on the phone to provide your payment information. Way easy!

Once you place your order through our system, you will be provided the appropriate address and phone number at that time. For inventory control and security reasons, we do not accept phone or fax orders that have not been placed through the system first.

Upon receipt of your order and payment information including your Certified Check/Money Order (personal or company checks not accepted) or Credit Card info we will immediately process your order for shipment and confirm it is on its way with a personal email.
